Service 03
Cargo losses are a reality across the transport industry. Experienced inspectors investigate discrepancies and make sure unrealistic figures are never accepted.

Accurately measuring the volume and weight of liquids is a complex science. Tables and software let even less experienced workers reach reasonable accuracy, but when serious discrepancies arise a more advanced approach is required. Loading issues often stem from overstated bill of lading figures and inaccurate quality reports, carrying a high risk of demurrage and unjustified overpayment. In reality the paperwork does not always match the actual volumes and cargo conditions on board.
